Purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and luvwares, operated by Lumin Digital LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by luvwares and is not responsible for the fulfillment, quality, safety, legality, delivery, return, or refund of products purchased from luvwares.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims, damages, or losses arising from transactions between you and luvwares.
